Processing Time

All jewelry orders will be processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. We do not process orders on weekends or US public holidays.Our items are carefully inspected and packed securely before shipment.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping to the United States takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.Delivery may be extended due to customs clearance, weather, courier delays or peak shopping seasons.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping for all orders within the US.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.We are not liable for packages returned or lost because of incorrect address information. If the parcel is returned to us due to wrong address, the buyer needs to pay the reshipping fee.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local clearance fees. We do not cover these charges.

Package Tracking

Once your jewelry package is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your registered email. You may track your shipment online.

Lost / Stolen / Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact your local courier first.Reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered status update, and we will help launch an investigation.

Important Notice for Fine Jewelry

All jewelry items are high-value goods. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Limitation

We only ship to physical US addresses. PO boxes are not available for delivery.
